Introduction and exposure to the most recent techniques and open questions in the Department's areas of research (Artificial Intelligence, Computational Perception)
Implementation and documentation of a prototype system that addresses an interesting issue in the chosen field
Practicing collaboration (through projects completed in groups)
Practical and methodical preparation for working on the Master's thesis
